Information on the processing of personal data
PURSUANT TO ART 13 OF EU REGULATION 679/2016 (GDPR)
Pursuant to and in compliance with the provisions of article 13 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016 (hereinafter the “Regulation”), STILE UNIVERSAL srl (VAT number 02026080354), with registered office in Correggio, Reggio Emilia, in via Goito 1 (hereinafter the “Company”), provides the following information on the processing of personal data of its customers/suppliers, natural persons (hereinafter the “Data”) carried out by the Company, as data controller.
Data controller and contact method

Categories and types of Data collected and processed
The Data processed by the Company may include common data collected for the purpose of concluding the contract with the Customer/Supplier and/or as part of the execution and/or stipulation of the same.
Purpose and legal basis of the processing and nature of provision of the Data
In compliance with current legislation on the protection of personal data and without the need for specific consent from the interested party, the Data will be stored, collected and processed by the Company for the following purposes:
Fulfillment of contractual obligations, execution and/or stipulation of the contract with the Customer/Supplier and/or management of any pre-contractual measures;
Fulfillment of any regulatory obligations, fiscal and tax provisions deriving from the performance of the business activity and obligations related to administrative-accounting activities.
Sending newsletters and communications for direct marketing purposes.
Data processing methods
In relation to the indicated purposes, the processing of the Data takes place using manual, IT and telematic tools with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, with methods such as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the Data itself, in addition to compliance with the specific obligations established by the legislation. The Data will be processed in compliance with the principle of lawfulness, correctness, relevance and non-excessiveness, in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data. The processing will be carried out by formally appointed and adequately trained personnel.
Scope of communication and dissemination of the Data, recipients and transfer of the Data and those responsible for processing the Data
Companies responsible for maintaining IT systems may have access to the Data as external data controller or as system administrator. Finally, the Data may be shared with authorities, bodies and/or subjects to whom the Data must be communicated pursuant to legal provisions or orders of authorities. These authorities, bodies and/or individuals will operate as independent data controllers. The Data will not be disclosed. The periodically updated and complete list of the managers appointed for the processing of the Data can be requested by sending an email to the Data Controller at the addresses indicated above.
Data Retention
The Data will be stored on paper and/or electronic media for only the time necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. The Data will be stored to fulfill regulatory obligations and pursue the aforementioned purposes, in compliance with the principles of indispensability, non-excess and relevance. The Company may retain data after the termination of the contractual relationship to fulfill regulatory and/or post-contractual obligations; subsequently, once the aforementioned reasons for the processing cease to exist, the Data will be deleted, destroyed or simply stored in anonymous form.
Rights of the interested party
In relation to the aforementioned processing, each interested party can exercise the rights referred to in articles 15 to 22 of the regulation. The interested party may also lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data pursuant to article 77 of the Regulation, if he/she believes that the processing of his/her data is contrary to the legislation in force. Requests must be sent in writing to the Company at the addresses indicated above.
